    Head coach Paul Waas of The Catholic University of America men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams led the Cardinals to their seventh sweep of the 2017-18 season with victories over Randolph-Macon College on Saturday. The men’s team dominated the Yellow Jackets with a final score of 218-44 while the Cardinal women took the Jackets down 150-112.

The Catholic University of America standout Jay Howard was selected to the prestigious list.

The men remain undefeated in the 2017-18 season and won the meet with an outstanding 165-97 finish. The women advanced to 6-1 overall as they knocked off the Shorewomen 144-117.
