  • Coach Bobby Picardo Living the Dream at MLB All-Star Week

    The nickname remains the same, but the location has certainly changed. Bobby Picardo, a popular former Trenton Thunder employee known as ‘Bobby Baseball’, traded in his sales position at Arm & Hammer Park after the 2012 season for a return to college baseball, netting him an associate coaching position with his alma mater, the Catholic University Cardinals in Washington, for the past six seasons.

The Landmark conference has only existed 11 years in women’s lacrosse, meanwhile head coach Meghan McDonogh has 10 conference titles including this year. McDonogh's also racked up 31-straight regular season wins. Not to mention the Cardinals are ranked 14th in the country and fresh off a fourth-straight run to the NCAA Sweet 16.
