WASHINGTON, D.C. - Victory Sports Tours and the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced that Catholic University senior midfielder Lane Adams has been selected to play in the 2018 Division III Senior Game. The Game will take place on November 17 at 5 p.m., at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Manheim, Pennsylvania.
Adams, an NFHCA All-Region Team member last season, has helped lead the Cardinals to an impressive 16 game Landmark Conference winning streak that dates back to Oct. 12, 2016.
She has recorded a phenomenal career thus far, earning All-South Atlantic Second Team honors, and her third consecutive All-Landmark First Team honors this past year. Adams made an immediate impact on the Catholic field hockey team as she was also named the Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year in 2015.
The Wayne, Pa. native has appeared in all 68 of the team's games since arriving on campus in 2015. She has started 64 of those 68 games, including all 31 in the last two seasons.
She is one of 60 participants in the annual game which will take in-between the NCAA Final Four and Championship games at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex.
