WASHINGTON, D.C. - Catholic University head field hockey coach Heidi Lewis has announced the program will host spring clinics for high school athletes in March and April.
The first session will take place on Saturday, March 30 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with the second clinic following on Saturday, April 6 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The clinics will be led by Catholic field hockey coaches and players, and are designed to model a team practice. The coaching staff will take a game-based approach to learning that will keep the athletes active and empower them to find solutions. They will work in small groups with a low player to coach ratio so clinic participants receive frequent individual attention.
Those that are interested should click here to complete the online registration. Player's registration fees include a reversible pinny that is theirs to keep after the clinic.
